I have used her services a few times. I'm very pleased and plan to make her my go to for my dry cleaning/alteration needs. There is parking in the back, so it's very convenient. The only thing I don't like is there is no actual fitting room, just an area closed off by curtains, so its kind of weird, especially if there are others customers in the store.
Went to my local cleaners to get my daughter's prom dress hemmed but was told that I needed to go somewhere with more expertise and they recommended Rose. I headed straight over there and sure enough she said she would be able to help me. She did an excellent job and it only took her a couple of days. She was also very nice and warm. When we returned to pick up the dress, she gave us the extra fabric she had cut off so that the florist could use it for her corsage. I thought that was a great idea and a nice thought. I would definitely recommend Rose. She is very experienced and knowledgable. It's a shame that so few people have her skill because it truly is a dying art.
