“TOP Finishing is exceptionally top-notch. After hiring them to refinish a wood kitchen dining table and chairs,I asked if they did custom work. Richard Sheppard is truly an artist. I described a dining room table that I wanted created. It had to be large and on 2 pedestals with seating at both ends for 2. I wanted the table to seat 14-16 with a leaf. He joined with Neil Millar of Heritage Designs and created a unique one of a kind masterpiece. The pedestals are black lacquer and the table is a deep burgundy. lacquer. The shine is amazing.You can see your reflection in it. After many paint chips and discussion, we decided on the color and it is perfect. Mr. Sheppard custom colored the table to exactly what iI wanted. I highly recommend TOP Finishing and Heritage Designs. ”

“Seriously, NICE people!! The owner & his wife met with me AFTER HOURS because I couldn't get there during the day. They had a huge selection within my budget. As a matter of fact, they told me not to look at price, just find a mattress that I like and they would work with me. The one I picked was out of my budget, but they gave it to me! My delivery will come in two days (my request) and they will call me with a window for the time. They assured me that they would have the delivery arrive after I get home for work. What company does that??? FYI~ They are just re-doing their warehouse, so it's not fancy-but they have a great selection! Also, they have furniture in the warehouse that they are looking to get rid of at blow-out prices. If you need anything, you should call them and ask if they might have what your are looking for! And: P.S. I was referred to them by a friend who bought mattresses there a couple of years ago, so this wasn't a one-time good customer service event. he was very happy with his deal also!”

“Update to my review below: I had Roy come back and give an estimate since it had been a year and olded boiler is in need of replacement. He quoted me a price and all that would be included as far as parts. A fair price. Not cheap but fair for what he promised. We scheduled a date and his crew showed up at 8:30 AM as promised (note he told me when I scheduled it is an all day job not a quick job) and they started working right away. Roy stopped by several times during ghe day to make sure no issues or problems!! After the install was completed They made sure all zones were working and heat coming up I can only say the work was excellent and well done! Area was all cleaned after. Professional, quality work! See the included pics to see install. That is quality work! Let me start out by saying, I do reviews on most places I do business with. I try to be fair, honest and give facts, not rants! I called Accurate Utilities, Inc. to schedule a boiler cleaning call. He advised me of an online cleaning special of $89.00 which included the needed parts for a standard Oil Burner tune up and the vacuuming of the boiler and flue pipe, which is a very fair price! We set the appointment for the following week. He called 3 days before and stated he would need to cancel the appointment since one of the guys would be out but offered to reschedule for another date. We set for the following week. between 8 and 12 noon. I called at 8:00 AM on the day of the appointment which Roy suggested to give me a better window of arrival time. He told me about 45 minutes to be there. They arrived 35 minutes later! They started to do a tune up and found a cracked plate which can not seal the boiler properly and a cracked boiler fire box lining. He gave me an estimate for repairs or replacement of the boiler. Also there was a major build up of ash in my chimney bottom which he quoted an additional $20 to remove. They showed me the spot and they were correct a major build up! Note to readers the Boiler is 35-37 plus years old! I agreed it is time to replace and not waste on repairs of an oil boiler that gave many years of reliable service. He gave me a quote of doing the complete job. It was a fair price and he explained all that would be replaced, also noted that they are his employees to replace the boiler which so many companies use sub-contractors to do the work and not all are good or do good work! A few notes: The Old Guy is Roy. Would you like someone calling you that when you are "AN OLD GUY" or your Father and or Grandfather? Have some respect people!! Roy was to the point and not a salesman talking to sell. Giving facts! Roy and his worker did a excellent job of doing the tuneup and left the area as clean at arrival if not cleaner! Would I refer or have Roy and his team back? Yes to both! Matter of fact he can expect to have 3-4 new customers after today since I told my family and friends at our Thanksgiving Day Dinner last night and they all asked for and received his contact info to use him next year or sooner if in need of repairs. I highly recommend Accurate Utilities from my experience with them. I believe if you are respectful and nice the same is returned most of the time. Karma is a funny mistress! “Beautiful Starbucks location. Very big, 12 good sized tables with two seats. Super clean, including the bathrooms. Tables are all square, the circular tables at other locations make it hard to lean forearms to type. Big glass walls, beautiful lighting comes in. Friendly staff that are willing to help answer questions. The only con is that the tables next to the glass wall do not have chargers for laptop. Im excited to make this a regular studying spot.”
