So grateful to be involved with this community as they are so collaborative and supportive. Just walking into this studio is a calming experience in itself - it’s so beautiful and immediately welcoming. I attended yin yoga with sound bath and it was unlike any other yoga class I’ve attended. Misha (yoga teacher) and Prana (percussionist) worked so well together - the yoga and the sound complemented each other perfectly, and I felt so good at the end of class! I’m excited to try their other offerings. Highly highly recommend checking this studio out!!

We love hosting our events at Midnight Wellness. The owner is supportive and gracious with the space. The studio is beautiful and has everything we need for our guests to feel comfortable. There is plenty of parking and we always have a great experience.

Midnight Wellness is a home away from home. The space is so warm, welcoming, and gorgeous. I have been attending Prana’s sound baths weekly and they have made such a positive impact on my life. Soooo relaxing. I also had a one on one session with Misha, that was life changing. I can’t recommend this space and the sacred intentional offerings highly enough.

I've finally found my perfect studio. Midnight Wellness just opened up and has brought so much light and life to this town. The atmosphere is beautiful, calming and truly therapeutic on its own. The owner, Misha, is a gift to the world and I am so grateful to be apart of this studio's magic. The classes are amazing and I look forward to going every week!!
