(September 28, 2018, 6:41 am)Parking may be limited at busy times of the year I had no problem parking because I went to at the end of the day at sunset there is hiking trails there and if very nice scenic view of the harbor there's only a few places in walking distance to eat the town is a 15 minute walk and has limited shopping district

(July 29, 2018, 5:35 pm)This is a picturesque park overlooking the harbor. Since it was such a beautiful day, there were a lot of boats sailing. Plenty of tall trees for shade and places to sit. The town of Cold Spring Harbor is adorable!

(May 30, 2018, 12:52 pm)This park has some of the best hiking trails on LI. The overall location is beautiful and it is a great spot to escape for a few hours. The trails are rugged in spots which makes for a fun adventure. There are quite a few people and dogs around but it is not overly crowded. Certain spots on the trail offer peaceful views of the bay too which reminds you that you're still on the island. It's definitely worth the visit!
