Bill was such a great help! I've been wanting my own ball again, and luckily enough, I found this place. Bill was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He shares his knowledge with the different types of balls and recommended which one best fits my bowling needs.
I was able to walk out with my ball that he drilled right there on the spot and a bag. I also purchased shoes that I will be getting in a few days that literally match my ball. The man knows what his customers are looking for! 🤣

Bill was amazing to work with. Very friendly and accommodating. Went in to inquire about purchasing a bowling ball. He explained everything and was able to find us something in stock at the shop. He was also able to order stuff for us online we needed. Purchased a new ball drilled with a bag and some shoes all in one day. Excellent service was a pleasure to do business here.

Bill is absolutely phenomenal! Came in here looking to get a ball and had no clue what I was looking for. He knew so much and was incredibly informative. He even drilled my ball on the spot!! Don’t go to Bowlero and come here!!

I hadn’t bowled seriously in decades, and Bill took the time to explain in detail all the changes in bowling and technology since back when I was using a rubber ball!… And he suggested the perfect ball for me that although it was one of the less expensive ones, it was the one that I needed for my level of bowling at this point.
