it started with a phone call.. my husband spoke to Bob and given a ton of information.. I called about a month later and spoke with Jon who sent me some pictures of available stock.. a few days later we were at the showroom and were helped by James. He was super patient with us, answering all the questions we had. We were drawn to a particular table and bought it same day. I received a text about a week before the expected delivery date if I was available the next day and I was more than happy to get the delivery earlier than anticipated. James and his crew, Anthony and Eric, worked swiftly and professionally to get the pieces in my basement and installed. We spoke about placement and they measured all 4 sides to get the table in the best spot.. I can't emphasize enough what a great team they were. James is amazing, high energy and has a great aura - I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Highly Highly recommend Century Billiards for all your gaming needs. Thanks so much guys!
