  Keystone is the best real estate brokerage firm I ever used so far, they are very professional, very kind, very funny and friendly. I got introduced by my sister since she bought a house through Gary and Joseph at Keystone, and I got immediate assistance, I showed Gary couple of listings and he arranged the time very well for showing and explained very well on the location, the house condition, the area, the history of the house. Very professional and well known about Long Island.
  
  After 3-4 houses I showed him, he already knew what kind of house I like and what I'm looking for. One day, he showed me the one and telling me it met all my requirement and I will love it for sure. And I sent my offer to the seller the same day I went to see the house and got the deal done fast and easy!
  
  Gary and the rest of the guys and gals at Keystone are really great, I already sent my recommendation to all my friends. If you are looking for your dream house, you must use Keystone. They are the ones who will truly want to help buyer to look for their dream house.

  Keystone Realty USA was fantastic to work with. My agent Cynthia was extremely knowledgeable about the areas she serviced, responsive and patient. She reassured us that our "home" was out there and we would find it...and she was right! We went through 3 "almost" homes and never did she make us feel rushed in our decisions. She negotiates pricing well and the reason we won several offers on the homes we chose. In the last 2 years I have had the pleasure of using Cynthia as my Real Estate Agent, and with her help, my mother in law, my sister in law and my son have all purchased homes. Cynthia is extremely patient and very quick to know exactly what style homes they were all looking to purchase and she did not take us to houses that were out of our price range. She communicated with the bank and our lawyer on multiple occasions and followed up on all details while keeping us informed on a regular basis.   If you are looking for a combination of smart, knowledgeable & honest real estate agent then Mike from Keystone is the man you're looking for. He has helped us to find a nice house in Lawrence & thoroughly guided us in the loan application process. While working with him we have noticed that he is a professional in true sense & having a very natural ability/flair to identify the good or bad aspects of any property. He has never pushed us to do a quick sale & always disclosed everything in regard to the subject property. We still remember when we started looking apartments in Lawrence we did not have the complete geographical idea of the area. During that time we liked a house & sellers agent told us that the house is in Lawrence ….but Mike told us technically that house does not fall under the geographical area of Lawrence & therefore if we are looking for something in Lawrence then this would not be the right choice. Later on we found he was correct & then on we completely depend on him. We are satisfied customers & it was pleasure to work with Mike. He will be our life time real estate agent. We wish him and everyone at Keystone all the best.

  Really love the service I got when dealing with Keystone Realty USA. I'm on my second home right now and I must have gone through a dozen or so real estate companies, and they're all unprofessional jerks. They just want to rush you through a sale so they can get their commission, they don't even care if they're meeting your needs or not. The last company I dealt with knew that I needed at least three bedrooms in a home, and he kept wasting my time showing me one and two bedroom houses. He never returned my calls, but then would pester me at all hours about making a buy from him. It was like dealing with some kid right out of school trying to sell you a used car. Very creepy. But Keystone is different...they're pros, and that sets them apart in a sea of rampant unprofessionalism. They're a classy operation through and through, and they genuinely seemed more interested in meeting my needs exactly as they were stated, staying with in my budget, and getting things done as quickly and painlessly as possible. They didn't rush me, harass me, or ignore me. They did their best to get me the best price on the house I eventually closed on as they could, and if for some reason I'm ever in the market for a house again, I will only deal with Keystone. In an industry full of sharks they are the only ones I know I can trust, and I highly, highly recommend their services. They have access to an amazing number of houses, great brokers, the paperwork is a breeze, and they're an all-around class act. Try Keystone, you will not regret it!

  For ages my family and I have been renting while attempting to save up for a house, but with the insane prices of homes on Long Island in recent years, we were really starting to become disheartened regarding our chances to find someplace we could afford in a good school district and with taxes that wouldn't bankrupt us. We were contemplating finally moving off the Island when we decided to give it one last go. We contacted Keystone after a friend referred us, and I have to tell you, they are a lifesaver. I wanted to stay on Long Island because my family is here and I wanted my kids to grow up being able to visit grandma and grandpa every week, and moving out of state would have made that impossible. But Keystone actually managed to find us a home we could afford, in a good school district, and with taxes that we can actually manage. And they did this when every other reality company that we dealt with couldn't even come close. Their service was impeccable, and they were attentive to our needs and feelings and were available for questions any time we needed them. I know it sounds cheesy, but due to their hard work and professionalism, they actually kept my our family together and gave us a bright future on Long Island. Thanks so much, Keystone!!
