It is soooooo refreshing to meet really good & helpful people these days when corporate America is going to more and more impersonal automation and uncaring employee automatons. NOT SO at Rite Aid store #10635 in East Northport, NY thanks to pharmacist Victoria Shea. My wife and I went for our Moderna COVID booster shots today, and despite having several people waiting and doing 6+ things all at once, she was VERY COURTEOUS and ACCOMMODATING to our request as walk-ins. She was pleasant and interacted professionally with ALL the customers waiting for vaccine shots. A "REAL" CARING PERSON she is! What a wonderful experience today because of her. She deserves a raise and more ancillary staff. And, as a retired physician myself, I know just how challenging healthcare delivery can be. So please understand that my comments and praise carry even more weight because of this perspective. THANK YOU, Victoria Shea for making our day!!!
