After retiring from a long career in NYC, I never thought I'd find the caliber of hair experts I had in Manhattan. Then, I found The Look and---problem solved! In addition to being a hair salon, I get a monthly facial and leave feeling positively polished. Everyone in the salon understands the value of customer service. Try it; you'll like it!
