  This is the first Toyota dealership I’ve done business with, and my husband and I were very impressed with the customer service. The managers went above and beyond to help us buy our first Toyota car, and we were also very happy that they accepted our Subaru as a trade in. I would say this is the most positive car experience we’ve had so far!

  I wanted to take the time to let you know that I brought my 2011 Matrix in for an inspection and needed to have my front brakes & fuel injection done. Kelly Henry, Asst. Service Manager made sure that the work was done in a timely manner so that I could get to work without having to miss more than 1/2 hour.
  
  Kelly always goes above and beyond for her customers. Due to the amount of work I was having done, she was able to find some coupons to reduce the cost of the job.

  I had the pleasure of having Mike Wolf as my salesman got me into a 2017 Toyota Camry SE he knew these cars in and out was very knowledgeable and did a great job throughout. Jay Cooper one of the finance managers was also a huge help took the time out to explain to me everything I needed to know Melissa DiGirolamo also walked me through my billing process much appreciated 5 star recommendation for this crew and Huntington Toyota. If your ever in this location ask for Mike Wolf or Jay Cooper and you will definitely get all the help you could need Thank you

  This was the first time in 20 years I bought a car, and what an experience it was. I finally drove my new car off the lot after 2 days of multiple challenges and a comedy of errors. It all worked out beautifully in the end, as the staff stopped at nothing to ensure I purchased what I needed, what I was promised and what would make me happy. The GM (Tom) was accommodating and fair in negotiating a final price and compensating me for the time, trouble and expense I experienced. Our salesperson (Jose) hustled to find a similar/same car within a reasonable distance when mine couldn't be delivered to me. (It was damaged at the car wash just before I arrived to pick it up. Crazy - you can't make this stuff up!) Jose let me know he'd do the right thing, and he certainly did. Lastly, the credit manager (Liz) jumped through a few hoops herself to handle my atypical credit situation. Toyota of Huntington, you deserve better than 4 stars but for the circumstances that created all the frustration in the first place. Your team handled the situation well and I would recommend you to anyone who's interested in buying a Toyota.
