The owner answered the phone at 11pm- I called because it said 24 hours but I expected an answering machine! My daughter had discovered a big hornet nest at the top of our outside stairs and we needed help asap. He agreed to come the very next day, and updated me regularly to say he was running late. We have not had a problem w wasps since- highly recommend this company

This is the second time I have hired Matt to do some exterminating for me and like before he did an excellent job. The first time we had a pest problem he came by did his thing and haven't had a problem with these critters eversince. Now we had another type of pest and I have no doubt i will see the same results. Matt explains the situation on where the issue is stemming from, explains what the solution(s), gives fair pricing for his services and is very very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely hire him again.

I called the number and Steve the owner, answered on Sunday, 8/14/2023. He headed straight to my house to remove, what was a large bald-faced hornet nest. He was quite funny and eased my anxiety regarding this nest. He was quick and efficient in removing the unwanted hive, and requested we stay inside for 24 hours. He said to watch for rebuilding of the nest- though he didn’t think that would happen, and if nest started to rebuild, to call him asap and he’d return to remove it again. He was quick to assist and more than professional in the removal of these dangerous hornets. A#1 Steve- thanks again !

Amazing customer service. showed up on time as scheduled. Trapped the baby roccoons in the garage.Inspected the entire garsge for insects that the racoons could have had. We are extremely happy with the service. . Highly recommended for anyone looking for pest control.

Steve (owner) was very quick to respond and work on removing the wasp nest. Fair pricing and didn't give me that shpeal of trying to sell me packages. He was aware that I had a newborn and said he would never treat a house with certain insecticide with a pregnant woman or newborn. Highly recommend
