I was very impressed with the friendly and knowledgable service at this establishment. I asked the owner how much experience she had in the business and she replied 20+ years. I'm happy to know that I'm not getting a sales pitch but advice from someone who cares. This is what separates Town and Country from the chain stores and other pet stores.
