    I have been working with Hope for about 6 years, and I've made tremendous progress in my life. My depression and anxiety have improved greatly, and my self-confidence and ability to be proactive in life have also grown.

    Hope is very down-to-earth and straightforward, while still maintaining the care and attention needed to deal with difficult issues. It's an approach that I've found reassuring and effective.

    Also, she has great cats.

    Hope Ryan helped me through a very hard time in my life. I am grateful for the day I walked into her office. I dont know where I would be today without Hope's guiding influence, she is an angel who has devoted her life to helping others.
