Cunningham Air Duct Cleaning and Chimney Services

I have been in my home for 30 years and I used Cunningham 3 times in the past to clean my ducts and was always satisfied with their work. I realized recently that it has been over 12 years since I had my ducts cleaned, so instead of calling the highly advertised competition who offer a special low price and who have had many bad reviews about upselling and shoddy work, I called Cunningham and scheduled a cleaning. I am very happy I did. My house is small but Byron and Miguel spent over 2 hours thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing every duct, register, and vent in my house. They hooked the entire system up to a truck mounted vacuum which is the right way to do the job. They were both very courteous and treated my house as it was their own. Any furniture that was moved was moved back before they left and I was happy to hear that my ducts were in good shape and only a couple of areas had excessive dirt which was removed.
I highly recommend Cunningham to clean your ducts. I was also given a senior discount which I appreciated.

I have to start out by saying how pleased I was with Cunningham Duct Cleaning from start to finish. Starting with the courteous office staff, to the technician who provided me the estimate and the crew who completed the work I have to say thank you to all. The technician who provided me with an estimate was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process of what and how they were going to be cleaning our HVAC system. I was also extremely blown away by how clean they kept my home. They all had booties on, drop cloths laid out and covered the areas they were working in with plastic. I don't write reviews often but I have to give recognition when it is deserved. Cunningham will be the only company we use and the only one I will be recommending to my friends and family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Impressed. A week ago we turned on the heat for the first time and had a horrible mold smell coming through the vents. It was mold and mildew in the ducts of the central ac and heat. We called 6 companies. 2 of which were recommended and non of the companies had the professionalism to even call us back to set up a consultation. All except Cunningham who called me the day after i left the message and had someone out to look at the problem a few days later. My problem was bigger than we thought There was a humidification issue, and not only was there mold in the ducts but whoever installed the duct work originally used insulation inside which was glued in to the walls. This is what molded over and honestly removal of just the insulation was impossible. The tech who came, took the time to explain and visually show us what the problem was, as well as what they would be doing to alleviate the problems. I never felt like i was being mislead. They set up an appointment after drawing up a proposal for the work and even though its the busy season, had us slated for basically a full day appointment in less than a week of signing. The day before the appointment they called with a time window of 8am to 9am saturday and the techs performing the work were at my door saturday morning ringing the bell at 8 on the dot. They were very polite, professional, and entertained the questions my 3 year old was fielding them with joy. They laid tarps in the areas they were working and when they were finished, left the areas very clean. The price for the work performed was Very fair, in fact excellent, confirmed by an out of state friend who works in the industry who told me the pricing was very competitive. Cunningham is also 1st responder friendly. These guys worked very hard and were very thorough considering my problem was mold, every inch of every duct was cleaned and treated, every grate was removed, cleaned, sprayed down with cleaner and dried off before being replaced. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I will not use anyone else for hvac work again, and i plan to use them for routine maintenance now. There is a night and day difference between the work these guys perform and anyone running a special for 50 bucks. Believe me when i tell you the quality of the cleaning is nowhere near each other, and i am speaking from experience on that 50 dollar crapshoot. As for the mold? Its as if it never happened. We fired up the heat and its absolutely perfect with no trace of mold or mildew.

I was so very pleased with the service I received from Cunningham. It is a very professional company from beginning to end. From the clarity of pricing and scheduling, to the two outstanding professionals who cleaned the dryer vent, I couldn't have been more impressed with the quality of service given. Byron and his assistant Freddie arrived on time, were very courteous and certainly, competent. I was absolutely impressed with Byron's professional knowledge and the quality of work completed. Byron was helpful in explaining how the dryer vented in the crawl space, and also helpful in offering future suggestions. It is apparent Cunningham takes great pride in doing the job right.
