  I am recently divorced and had no choice but to declare bankruptcy. It’s a depressing time and I had sat down with two attorneys who were horrible, I felt they couldn’t be bothered, they just wanted money. Then I sat down with John Brooke. He was absolutely amazing. He made me feel like family. He sat and answered all of my questions. Then when he showed me the price I was like omg he’s not only an amazing attorney but he is a lot more reasonable than all the other attorneys. I also like the fact that you deal directly with John, not a secratery or a paralegal. He always answers your call very quickly and keeps you informed.my bankruptcy has been discharged and I am now totally debt free. Thank you so much John Brooke, I definitely recommend John if you have to get a bankruptcy.

  John is an excellent attorney. He put me very much at ease throughout the process. Making the decision to declare bankruptcy is not an easy one, I had no idea what to expect, I was expecting a long grueling process. John explained everything to me, answered all my questions and communicated with me every step of the way. His prices are very reasonable for the services he provides. I checked out a few other attorneys before having a consultation with him, he ended up being the only attorney I had a consult with, and I hired him. I liked the way he called me back right away, and it wasn't a secretary just getting info. My bankruptcy has been discharged, and I am finally free of debt. Thank you John! I will definitely refer family & friends to you!

  John is a spectacular man. This is the best law firm in New York! The attorneys are easy to work with and help you understand the legal process. John came recommended and lived up to everything that was said about him. If anyone is in need of an attorney, this is the law firm to trust.

  John is great! Very thorough. Knows his stuff. He is patient, kind and understanding. Does what he says he will do, and doesn't overcharge you like most lawyers. I would recommend him to anyone.

  The finest attorney I have ever worked with. John treats you more like a family member than a client. Extremely knowledgeable and with a relaxed friendly demeanor,
  John immediately eased the burden of a difficult situation from the moment I first spoke with him on the telephone and took a great weight off my shoulders. Any time I had a question, a rant, or needed clarification on a topic, John was either there to personally take my phone calls or promptly called back, as well as quickly answering my many emails. In my legal experiences where I have often felt hung out to dry with aloof lawyers who did not appreciate their client's urgency but having no problem draining my retainer by the minute with each query, John treated me with dignity, empathy, and respect. John is not simply an attorney, he is a gentle and caring human being as well. Surprisingly refreshing in this "time is money" age we live in.
  John always took his time with me and I never felt rushed as he paid great attention to the detail of my case looking for anything that would help me be successful. And successful we were! My case went much smoother than I imagined possible thanks to John's expertise. I would recommend John with no reservation in a heartbeat and he will be my first phone call should I need legal advice and representation in the future.
