I retained Kim Brennan-Joyce's services for my divorce in 2017, and a settlement was recently reached. Throughout the past year and a half, she has been incredibly helpful with my getting through the process. Besides making sure the settlement was fair, and all aspects detailed out in full, Kim often took the extra time to explain and discuss things with me when I was confused about parts of the process. Having a lawyer that you can trust and respect, and know has your best interests at the top of the list, is absolutely necessary if you are going through a divorce. The opposing side or other unexpected factors, can create a lot of issues and can add fear and stress to an already anxious situation. Even when you are in total agreement with the divorce situation, the process can still be incredibly scary because of the unknown outcomes. Whenever those things arose, Kim always eased my mind, and advised me not to worry. That kind of attention during something emotional like this, is very important to be able to feel confident about. I believe my fees have been very fair, and I couldn't be more grateful for Kim's assistance and work with my case. I started off afraid that I would lose everything, to ending up with exactly what was just and fair in my circumstances. I was lucky to have found her, and I highly recommend her to anyone in the same situation.
