My car was finished promptly and looks brand new. Their office staff was efficient and super friendly. I would and will highly recommend them to anyone!!

There is a car rental counter on site that drove me back to their location for the paperwork and to get the car. Repair turned out great and they were in constant contact. Good job!

(May 2, 2018, 5:32 pm)I have to start of by saying "the staff was hands down WONDERFUL!!!" My heart and mind was set at ease the moment I was greeted by the staff. They explained how the whole process from start to finish will go. They gave me a beautiful Nissan Pathfinder as a rent a car (enterprise auto is located onsite). When picked up my car after the repairs were done my car looked ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! It had been detailed inside and out and the paint was a perfect match. You CANNOT tell that my car was ever in an accident. They made a customer for life and I will tell anyone that needs a repair to drop it off at Roadside Auto in Islip NY. I was so pleased I called to speak with the owner about the professionalism and compassion of all of gis staff members.
