The stars were perfectly aligned the day I was referred to Dr Schaefer. Feeling bereft and frustrated over a complexity of health issues, walking into her office (from the receptionist, to the PAs, to the office manager) were literally life-saving steps. Rarely in medicine do you find a Doctor that truly CARES. When Dr. Schaefer came into my room, I was met by a warm and brilliant diagnostician; a woman who not only accepted the challenge that others before her didn't, but took it on as if I were 'family' - relentless in her pursuit to find the answers. And did it with genuine warmth and concern. I am a new patient, but a deeply grateful one. Thank you Dr. Schaefer (and team). You are difference-makers.
Today was my first visit with Dr. Schaefer and it could not have been more pleasant! I have "white coat" syndrome and she could not have bee nicer, calming and knowledgeable! She also has a great sense of humor which is a big bonus! Also everyone in the office was so nice! Megan, Jackie P and Jackie T and Jane could not have been nicer! AS soon as i got home I wanted to write this review because it was so pleasant. If I could I would have given them 10 stars!!!!!
