I used someone prior to meeting her, and the treatments from the other person couldn't even compare. Susan understands the science of hair removal, and the artistry of working on a person's skin so as to not cause any damage. The results are flawless. I have never gotten an ingrown hair, or felt a single "pluck" from a hair being treated incorrectly. You can tell that she truly knows her craft, and gives you the most efficient and permanent results possible.
Her studio is immaculate, and very tranquil. Her equipment is all modern and sterile. She has candles and music if you like, and will play your own songs if you bring them. After treatment, she cleans your skin, applies aloe, and gives you ice if you desire.
On top of it all, she is one of the friendliest and most compassionate people I've ever met. She is very sensitive to her client's tolerance, and does everything to make the treatments as comfortable and pain-free as possible. Last, but not least, her rates are very affordable! I simply can't say enough good things about Star Hair Removal! -
