(January 9, 2018, 4:12 pm)Doctor Hershey was Doctor Rema's replacement. I never thought that I would be able to get complete relief from my pain I have had . Doctor Rema a year ago was able to do a procedure on me in 4 parts called a Radio Frequency Ablation. So 4 times I have to go each time to get a this done. I have had this pain since I was 15 years old in Football. I am now 37.
Doctor Hershey has completely gotten rid of my upper back pain! I could not be more grateful. At first I was nervous because I did not know the doctor very well. But he completely helped me out! I HIGHLY recommend Doctor Hershey and the staff at Good Samaritan Hospital out patient pain clinic.
I still have my lower back to do. But my anxiety is so much better. Plus the anesthesia Doctor Fanaee was Excellent!! I get very nervous before procedures. Doctor Fanaee completely made me relaxed! I am very grateful to the entire staff at Long Island Neurosurgical and Pain Specialist. I look forward to my next 2 procedures to be completely Pain free. Thank you Doctor Hershey! -

(October 20, 2015, 12:02 pm)Dr. Mullins is the most caring ,gentle doctor I ever met. He also listens to you and I feel very comfortable with him.DR. Mullins operated on my spine for three hernia disc which he fused them together in Jan 2015.I have more motion in my neck after the operation.NO pain or numbness down my left arm and hand, neck, right after the surgery. GOD BLESS DR.MULLINS and HIS HANDS.

(February 2, 2015, 4:02 pm)For over 14 years I have suffered severe back pain. I have seen many doctors and have taken many tests. The answers were all the same. "We don't see much of anything" I was told I was going to be in a wheel chair soon. I was given Dr. Mullins' name from my pain management doctors. Still, I wasn't very hopeful. Dr. Mullins sent me for more tests. MRI"s and E-rays. My husband and I went in with the films for Dr. Mullins to review. What happened next, changed my world. Dr. Mullins proceeded to show and explain his findings. I have "Spondylolithesis" I have what? He spelled everything out for my husband and I. He took his time and explained everything until we understood. I have never been so unconditionally over joyed as I am right this moment as I am with Dr. Mullins His exact words to my were, "You are the one in charge" He told me to, go home, relax and think about what I want to do next.
I can honestly say, "Dr. Mullins, Thank you. You made me realize that there are Doctors, like yourself, that truly care. I will be forever grateful. Again Thank You.
