  My 3 year-old daughter was diagnosed with the flu a few weeks ago and she has an extensive medical history. This pharmacy not only filled the prescription within 15 minutes of leaving the doctors office at 7:30 pm but was willing to wait for me and my three children to get there after store hours when it closed at 8 pm. I knocked on the door at 8:05 and they let me in as promised. I have always found the pharmacy staff to be caring and very knowledgeable. While some of their other items can be a bit more expensive, I find their service to be first class which more than makes up for it. They went above and beyond when they didn't have to simply because they cared. This is one of the local hidden gems. While they have been here a long time, I just started using them more often because I became increasingly frustrated with one of their competitors. Thank you again!

  Been going to this place ever since my family and I moved to Dix Hills. Have always been kind and patient, and have always had fast service.

  Vanco Pharmacy is the BEST!
  In a sea of chain pharmacies Vanco is a local gem. The pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable and just plain sweet and nice. Any question you have is answered quickly and with a smile. I feel like the whole staff there is ready and willing to be of assistance to you. It's one of the few pharmacies where you get personalized service and you walk out with a smile. I feel so lucky that we have such a well run business so close to where we live. Not only do they fill prescriptions quickly but they have a great assortment of OTC health and beauty items as well. Thank you to the pharmacists and staff at Vanco for taking good care of your local Dix Hills and beyond customers. We truly appreciate it.
