A very pleasant experience! John seems to truly have his customers' best interests in mind when he helps them. He isn't just looking for a sale, he's looking to improve your satisfaction with your eyewear. He recommended lenses optimized for people who are on the computer often and I've noticed a dramatic decrease in headaches ever since.

John is absolutely amazing. My wife and I had taken a trip to Boston and of course I lost my glasses while I was there. On the way back home we called John and he had me in there the next day. You can’t get service like that from and big chain anymore and he’s doesn’t try and up sell anything. He really knows what his customers needs are and you just can’t put a price tag on that kind of service. Thanks John
