It took a few seasons to take but we longer have swarming. I have witnessed the termites in the area when I did some yard work and they have been consuming the bait. The company is responsive to the calls but it was frustrating the first few seasons not seeing results and each new inspector explaining the previous inspector didn’t know what they were saying.
The initial cost is high and the annual maintenance is too, but the damage termites do is dangerously high.
If you have the budget to afford this I recommend it. Be patient, it does work. Also if you live on Long Island it’s safe to assume you have termites, don’t keep wood on your property, if you do keep it elevated off the ground.
If the price was lower I would score 5 stars. -

I recently purchased a home and wanted the same pest protection my parents had for years. I contacted Suburban, they came out right away and have addressed any pest concerns I have had so far.
