While my prescription is generally filled within a week, there have been isolated cases where something took longer. This was explained as an item not being readily available and needing to be specially ordered. I have no issues with this, I am glad Precision Eyewear takes the time and effort to ensure everything is correct and the quality of my glasses is the way it should be. “I have never reviewed a doctors office before (and I have seen a ton the last six months), but this experience was so extraordinary I just had to leave a comment. Everything about my experience here was excellent. The woman at the front desk was so very nice to me, and went above and beyond to help me with some issues I was having with my lab work. The office was clean and the pictures on the walls were mostly of people traveling, which is a relaxing thing to think about when you are not feeling well. The waiting room had a dry erase board with the wait time for each doctor on it. The lab tech/doctor's assistant was very kind, and responsible for the best blood draw experience of my life. (I have small rolling veins) She got it on the first shot, no bruising, no pain, very quick. Dr. Huang was great. Not only did he review the 20+ pages of lab work, but he actually went over (with me! in understandable language!) what he was looking at and what the results indicated and what those things mean for my body. He had one of the people in his office reorganize my lab work exactly the way he went over it and print me a copy. He went over the follow up procedure and what to expect for the next steps. I left his office feeling like I had a better understanding of what was going on with my body and that my health was in very good hands. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Huang, and I wish all my doctor visits could be this way.”
