It was amazing!!! Great service though avoid the "downer".....the owner/manager? If manager, needs fired! She came out, I wasnt greeted at all at the register where she was standing, barking orders at people interrupting my checkout. She was rude, obnoxious, and unfriendly to her employees and myself as she yelled orders to her great, helpful, young employee (doing a great job helping me). I noticed her behavior towards young employees as I stood in near shock.. Power trip lady?!? Anger management is available. Be nice to your employees...they are the REPRESENTATIVES of your business. First of all, I work in a professional environment and I have to make sure my hair looks nice at all times. Ashley has always had time to accommodate my busy schedule. The shop is beautiful and truly a relaxing environment. There is always coffee and nice music. It is very clean and stylish. She does not ask you to thread needles. I never wait too long, even if I walk in. I got my hair colored for the first time after several consultations (because I was nervous). Ashley took the time patiently to consult with me each time. I love it. I also love that Ashley has reasonably priced hair, but does not pressure you into buying it. She takes good care of your hair and your extensions.
