He told me the price and he gave me details on how to prepare for the visit - washing, vacuuming, etc. He was very reassuring on the phone and was extremely empathetic, compassionate and responsive. The representative, Louis (it seems like the same person from the previous review) was even more knowledgeable, thorough with explanations, directions on how to combat the issue after treatment and preventative measures for any future infestations.
