Ray was responsive, pleasant, professional, and took ownership of our satisfaction in completing the transaction. There was some trouble communicating through Facebook messenger, but once resolved, they stood by their product and made sure we were happy. Even the delivery truck driver was pleasant. “Top to bottom, the best physical therapy office I have ever been to. After checking out a few across Suffolk county, I have yet to find a staff so kind and knowledgeable. Sean and Ellen are both invested in your rehab, making sure no stone goes unturned along the way. Rich at the front desk is friendly and super helpful with scheduling and dealing with the insurance company, something I was not looking forward to doing. The rehab process has been seamless and enjoyable, truly the first time I have been excited to go to/continue with physical therapy.”
