There aren't enough words available to me in the English language to adequately express my appreciation for Galia Spassova, and for the other wonderful people at Access Physical Therapy in Bedford, NY.
I have had a very difficult recovery from a complex total knee replacement at the Hospital for Special Surgery, and for a pretty long time Access became my second home and sanctuary.
Galia is the best therapist I have ever worked with (and I am a senior). She is compassionate, kind, extremely knowledgeable, very encouraging, and has helped me immensely in my recovery. I have total confidence in both her ability and her judgement.
Chrissy runs the front desk like a charm, and is the friendliest and most helpful person ever. Shika and the rest of the staff could not be more pleasant and kind.
I feel I owe them all great thanks and feel so lucky to have found them.

My experience at ACCESS PT in Bedford has been excellent. I had surgery at HSS in NYC and found ACCESS by searching on the HSS website for local PT providers. Access is fully knowledgeable in all the training and protocols of HSS and has been a key component in my speedy and comfortable recovery. Shika, my therapist, is very professional and intelligent and has been a fantastic help in supporting my recovery. I highly recommend ACCESS PT in Bedford for anyone in need of PT.

Many thanks to my therapist Shika for her highly skilled approach to healing my neck injury. After a period of moving and setting up a new residences, a persistant sharp pain developed in turning my neck to the right. After seeing neurologist, Dr Jennifer Werely, for a diagnosis, I cautiously approached a plan for physical therapy. Shikha's caring, highly skilled, and attentive monitoring approach to both exercises and gentle traction have resulted in my being able to turn my head without pain.
The office manager Chrissy, and PT trainee Agatha were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Access at Bedford and see several happy neighbors there as well.

Dr. Spassova is amazing, as is the entire staff at Access Physical Therapy & Wellness! I had a pretty severe tib-fib break and they have been encouraging, kind, and so helpful in every step of the way to recovery. I couldn't recommend them enough!
