I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to look and feel better about their fitness! & I look forward to my weekly trainings!

The classes are small enough to make sure you are getting personal attention and getting the form correct. There is a variety of workouts to keep your body engaged and sweating as well as conversations about nutrition and clean eating to help support your efforts. I've been here for almost a year and feel fabulous as I have come so far in meeting my goals.

(November 18, 2014, 5:31 pm)I really loved this place. It is very peaceful and it feels personal. Ivette is a great trainer and she has a lot of patience. I have been working out in this studio since I started. The classes change every once in a while, so you are not stuck with a same routine all the time. I train there and also take yoga. They started a new class named PIYO and is great. I love everything about this place.

(November 3, 2014, 1:54 am)Ivette is the best. When I need extra motivation she is always there. She always makes sure the workout is kick your ass in shape hard, but fun. I wish I could go 3 or 4 times a week. If you are looking for a trainer to really make a difference in your life, she is the one for you!
