I had bought a vehicle from this shop and initially was going to give 5 star review. The next day I discovered a problem and there was an initial miscommunication as to how it was going to be resolved. I am very happy to say that the vehicle is 100% and I will continue to do business with this shop.

(June 16, 2022, 9:30 pm)We’re traveling the New England states with are RV. We ran into a battery issue with our vehicle which we are towing. Went to Croton Auto, our battery was checked, and were told it is still good. Recommended a portable jumper and RV 1 brake adapter, to help preserve the battery during towing. Truly honest and knowledgeable. No charge for checking the battery.
