I have worked with many of the agents in this office over the past 20+ years in both a personal and professional capacity, Without a doubt, this office has some of the hardest working and most trustworthy real estate agents that I have ever encountered.

Working with Diane Herlihy was really wonderful. She was very flexible for appointments and helped my husband and I navigate the not-so-straightforward experience as first time homebuyers from the city! Most importantly she helped keep us up to date on market conditions and comps in the area which was immensely helpful. She was straightforward yet gracious with her info, professional yet personable - plus she made it fun. I'd highly recommend her.

Ann Larkin was the best. She truly understood the current local housing market. Ann really listened to our needs, in both selling our current house, and finding our next home. She kept the entire process moving forward and on track. We could not have done tis with out her or the team at River town Real estate.

Suzanne van der Wilden was great to work with. We had taken a look around the area before finding an agent. My uncle, who is a real estate agent in Chicago, called a few offices in the area for us, to interview brokers. He said Suzanne would take good care of us, and he was right.

She took a lot of time with us to understand exactly what it was we were looking for in a house. She was able to help us translate our feelings about specific houses and elements of the houses into what our priorities for a property were. Her suggested listings were always relevant, and helped to focus us on what we wanted.

Once we found the house of our dreams, Suzanne really started to earn her commision! She did a lot of investigation into the property and the town records, and found some things that we were able to get corrected before closing (open permits, ect). Without her diligent work we could have had some real problems on our hands.

In addition to all the work finding and helping us close on the house, we also closed right as the stay at home orders for COVID-19 were starting to take effect. Suzanne was incredibly helpful, picking up the keys for us (we had to do a closing in escrow as no one could get together in the lawyers offices), and delivering them to us when we moved in.

Suzanne cares deeply about her clients and their happiness and is willing to go to great lengths to make sure they are satisfied. I hope we live in this house forever, but if we ever do want to sell it, I would not list it with anyone but her.
