  We bought our Harman pellet stove insert from Home and Hearth about two years ago. The saleswoman (I forget her name), showed me everything they had and NEVER tried to up-sell me. She asked about the square footage of our house and the layout, and suggested the stove we ended up purchasing. Extremely helpful. We just had our stove serviced by the Home and Hearth technician (Jason) and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The stove is like brand new, running perfectly. Most importantly, Jason was beyond professional and helpful. I had a million questions about the stove and he demonstrated his expertise answering every single question. Thank you, Home and Hearth!

  Had good luck with new pellet stove once we got the bugs worked out. John was a big help. Oh and this is my second pellet stove after 20 years, better than splitting wood. 1 st one went up state and still works.
