  I'm fortunate to have such an excellent facility close to home. My Aunt and Uncle are in their 90's and have both needed to stay twice. The staff is very friendly, caring and professional. My Aunt and Uncle both went in flat on their backs due to surgery or falls and the therapists got them walking so we could bring them home.

  I am so thankful for everyone at this skilled nursing home and rehab. Since the end of November 2017 my mother has been a resident there. The expertise care my mom is receiving is very much appreciated. There are many activities that are enjoyed by all and beautiful gardens and sitting areas for the residents and family members. As soon as you enter the lobby you are always greeted by staff with a smile. It is a pleasure to visit and be called by name. The nursing department is always updating me on her care and any changes taking place. We are looking forward to the first floor renovations. My mom always tells me how everyone is so kind and caring to her. Thank you for doing an outstanding job caring for my mom.

  I came here last year to recuperate from an operation to remove a cancerous lump behind my ear. I found it to be extremely cordial and helpful! That is why I requested to come back again after I had my quadruple heart bypass surgery. I found the nurses and the staff- which include the social workers and the rehab department, were very understanding, attentive, and patient. I would heartily reccomend this facility to anyone needing rehabilitation therapy!

  I went in to CHC in a hoyer unable to stand. The dedication, daily work, and know-how of the therapists have me back home living independently.
