(May 2, 2018, 11:01 am)I'm so lucky to find this facility; Staff including social worker and administrator are very nice people there. Reception ladies are always welcoming me with a kind attitude. Location is not too far from our family. They are hosting some events for family and caregiver where I could interact with other workers.
My dad has been staying less than one year. They pay attention to my requests if it is needed. Problem is that there are not enough staffs to take care residents over 180 beds. This is why it takes time until they are served. My dad is sometimes frustrated for the reason that his errands take more time than expected.
