Very professional, very thorough and extremely helpful! The whole staff was very courteous and kept me informed about what they were waiting on. The doctor was very compassionate and listened to what I was saying. He was able to treat me and had my pain under control before I left!

I was extremely impressed with the entire process. While there way a 3 hour wait, I was able to wait at home until they texted me. Upon arrival I was greeted with kindness and my paperwork was handled quickly. I met with the doctor who reviewed my symptoms and ordered an x-ray to rule out something more serious. The doctor was mindful of my concerns and gave me a great treatment plan. While I love my Primary Care doctor, she did not have any availability. Plus, if I would have seen her, I would need to go somewhere else to get the x-ray and the medication. I really like having Total Access near me. I love the one-stop medical shop for after hours and Emergency Care.

The people in here are amazing. I would be doing them a disservice not writing this review. I went for a problem that was bothering me for months. The nurse took care of my needs and prescribed the necessary medicine. This place is the shining example of health "care" and professionalism. I am grateful to them.

On a side note, you want to advocate for yourself as a patient. No matter how great the care team, you want to do your best to get the care you need.

Went in with an infected ingrown toenail that made me want to chop my foot off, and it was great!! If I need an urgent care again I will definitely go back. The front desk staff were super kind and answered all my questions, yea there was waiting but there was always staff coming in to check on me so I didn't feel forgotten. I was there for probably two hours, which is lightening fast compared to an ER. Dr. Osborn and all the techs/nurses were very kind and gracious. For having to get part of my nail cut out (didn't feel a thing, and it's healing great!), I had a great experience. Will be recommending

Going to urgent care is never fun but I had the best experience one could possibly have. The front desk staff were very friendly and I was able to be seen quickly by Dr. McClure. He really took his time with me and made sure to answer all of my questions and explain the pros and cons of my options for treatment. I didn't feel rushed and if he had a waitlist of other patients to see I would have never known. An EMT by the name of Bryce helped me with a vaccine and then got me bandaged up and demonstrated how to use crutches correctly. Every single person that I interacted with was incredibly kind. I hope to not need a visit to urgent care any time soon but if I do I will certainly be coming back to this location.

We worked with Margo Sterling on the purchase of our home, she was absolutely excellent. Since we were first time buyers, we had a LOT of questions and she spent ample time answering each question and explaining each part of the home-buying process. She was on top of communication with all parties and made sure we had a smooth closing. We highly recommend Margo's legal services for anyone purchasing a home!
