  We recently hired Steve Hollatz to represent us as our buyer’s attorney for the purchase of a co-op apartment. Of all of the many people involved in the purchase of a home, we found Steve to be hands down the most valuable player on our team. He’s extremely knowledgeable, organized, proactive, honest, attentive to detail and professional. He anticipated all of the hurdles and hiccups that would arise. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and really understood the ins and outs of all of the legalese in the purchase agreements and co-op documents. We’d recommend Steve to anyone looking to purchase a home.

  We were first time buyers in the US from overseas and the process was a little tricky for us. Steve and his team were simply amazing from start to finish. Any question we had we got a thorough and quick response and he had everything done in a very quick, professional and easy to understand manner. I cannot recommend them enough!!

  Steve represents us in purchasing a house in Westchester County. He is thorough, careful and reasonably considerate. As an attorney, he possesses the professional caution not to over-promise or sugar-coat things to just make you feel comfortable. However, he stays with his promise and will have things taken care of once he said it. That’s the most important quality of an attorney. Our deal closed in the way we want – which might not happen naturally if it were not for Steve. We gave him a rating of five stars.

  Steve Hollatz did a marvelous job handling the sale of my house. First of all, he is good-natured and professional even when things get tough. For ex., a lawyer that he had to deal with was difficult, and Steve handled it with aplomb. Second, he is really responsive and fast with communications by email and by phone. Third, you will be delighted to see how beautifully your packet of documents to keep was organized and presented. Finally, his rates are quite reasonable, especially considering what a fine lawyer he is. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
