We are so happy to see our 6 yr old son, Diego, developing a level of discipline, confidence and self-control he did not have before joining the Westchester Martial Arts Academy. He looks forward to earning his stripes and going up the levels. This is a great program for kids of all ages! -

The staff is professional and supportive and they create a safe environment where kids will learn important skills to help them throughout their lives.

(February 13, 2014, 9:20 pm)Kickboxing helps not only with my physical health but my mental health with my self-confidence and motivation. The instructors at WMAA are great! They definitely help you reach your goal and motivate you without pushing too hard. The class is intense and high energy but caters to everyone of all fitness levels and it is more fun than going to gym and working out by yourself. It's exactly what I like and needed because just when you fell you can't go anymore, there's someone there assuring you don't give up.

I am a member of several gyms and regardless of who is teaching at WMAA I always leave exhausted and worked to the bone - and I love it. The classes are dynamic which keeps it interesting, and they cater to all fitness levels, while also teaching technical boxing moves. The classes are a great addition to any already existing fitness program!
