Beautiful, clean and well maintained hotel upon first impression. The desk associate, Shastin, was so friendly and accommodated all our requests. The first impression of the hotel proved true throughout the building as the room was bright and welcoming. I am sure we will have a comfortable and restful stay.

Clean and clearly modernized hotel. Comfortable room with modern finishes. Reasonably fast internet for guests. Comfortable workspace. Has a lot of traffic for the nearby baseball fields, so does draw a lot more leisure traffic during spring training. We will definitely stay here again.

Our group has stayed here before. We normally come to Surprize for early season NCAA baseball. (Oregon State) Walkable distance to the stadium. They do a great job of taking care of the travelers. A great hot breakfast served 7 days a week that you order from behind a plastic divider.

Excellent service from the all of the staff. Comfortable, newer hotel in great part of town. Only complaint is the walls seem paper thin; I heard the cell phone alarm of the guy in the next room going off clear as day.
