I met Nicole many years ago at an event, and within the first 30 minutes of speaking to her about auto insurance, I chose to switch over to The John's Agency. I knew I would be in great hands and the personal service has never lacked and I feel that is very important. Her Husband, Tim, who I met later on, is just as great.
