This was the very first time in over 20 years of being a cellular consumer where I have not walked out of a store not feeling confused or irritated. In fact, quite the opposite - clear and feeling great about the switch. The customer service was first rate and clear - felt comfortable the entire time and any point of confusion was cleared up instantly. Francis was terrific. Happy to be on board with Verizon.

Doug was extremely helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He educated me on my current plan and thoroughly went over all of the options for my new phone and plan. He took the time and was very patient. He was professional, polite, and understanding. I cannot say enough about my positive experience there. Marisa is another one of their managers who was not in. I usually work with her but Doug made my experience equally as pleasant. It is great to know that they have such a well qualified, hard working staff across the board.

I visited today. Well, if this store is busy, prepare to wait. It is small. The selection of phones appears to be few and one tablet on display. There is no seating to relax while you wait. The parking outside is easy and close to store. The are many accessories to choose from if needed. The help is professional and courteous but cannot seem to multitask, even to say hello, if someone enters and their time is occupied with a customer. This outlet is may have the basics but needs some perks to make it relaxing and friendly. Inventory can be improved.

Had another excellent experience at this store! I previously purchased two phones from this store. Initially, I called the store and spoke with Marissa about buying a new phone. It was evident from that first conversation that she was extremely knowledgeable and that I would be given excellent service. There are many Verizon stores closer to my home in New Rochelle but doing business in this store in Dobbs Ferry was again, well worth the little extra effort. When I went to the store to pick up my new phone the entire staff was friendly and polite. Marissa was as terrific in person as she was over the phone. I could not be happier with my new phone and with the entire buying experience.

Zach at the Dobbs ferry store was so great! He was patient, knowledgeable and professional. He spent over two hours with me and made sure he did all he could do. He gave me choices and made sure I chose the right one for me. I have dealt with Marissa before and she was also great. I highly recommend this staff.
