Kimberly & ALL of her staff are amazing! Front desk girls are great, the new check-in system is cool. Never had any billing problems. Special mention to PT aide Amy, she's awesome!

I had a fractured knee cap. The PT plan Andy laid out for me was articulated as we worked through range of motion, balance and strength. The plan he gave to do at home was manageable and helped maintain my steady progress. Additionally, he would answer any questions I had and was a cheerleader when at times I got frustrated. The entire staff was supportive and friendly as well. Hopefully I won't have to return but I would use Ivy Rehab in Hartsdale in the future is needed. After three months, I have started running again thanks to the PT plan and support I received.

From the front desk to the clinical staff you are greeted immediately by name and welcomed. The therapist work with you directly to help you with your problems. The therapist communicate well with each other to make sure each patient get the best treatment possible. This place is the best!

Great place with wonderful physical therapists however they do rotate often. The vibe is they do want to help you get better and everyone is friendly and helpful. Be aware: they don't often charge the card payment when at the appointment, so will receive a bill and be stuck paying for appointments you had months ago thinking you already paid.
