I love this gym! The workouts are intense but fun, the atmosphere is friendly & inviting and the trainers are awesome. I've made new friends, done things I never thought I could physically do, and become stronger than I've ever been. I can't say enough good things about this place.

I have been a member here for the last 3 years. I have known the head coach for over 5 years. This place has a great atmosphere. You learn techniques during awesome workouts all while having fun doing it.

My family started with Krav Maga classes for self defense training about a year and a half ago. This has developed into more classes for all of us, and both the kids now competing in BJJ. Women's boot camp classes are amazing :)

I’ve trained with Greg in the past, and my kids, now 9 and 13, have trained with him since they were each 5 years old. When Greg opened 914 Krav Maga my kids insisted on moving from the prior dojo to continue training with him. Since then 914 Krav Maga has added new wrestling and Jiu Jitsu classes, and scheduled them in such a way that my kids come in, take the next warm up class, which start every half hour, and then alternate between the stand up and grappling classes, until they’re done. It’s an amazing schedule, and they’re always happy about their challenges and progression.
