  I cannot say enough positive things about Achieve Physical Therapy & Performance Enhancement. I had an unusual herniated disc, and the chief of spine surgery at a major NY hospital recommended that I go to Darren Riccio at Achieve to try to fix it before attempting surgery. It worked. I was pain free in a matter of weeks, and returned to a full level of activity in a few months. My confidence is so high in Darren that at the end of my PT, I transferred over to training with him. He is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The training is sport specific and pro-active in injury prevention. My high school soccer player also began training with Darren this spring and loves it. They deserve 6 stars!

  Both of my college athlete children trained at Achieve through their middle school, high school and college years, and I have trained at Achieve for the past 6 years. They excel at sport specific training, injury prevention training and rehabilitation. They are the best!

  My experience with achieve has been nothing short of exceptional. They have all of the equipment that I need and use it in creative ways to challenge me. I have consistently seen progress in my training, all while being accompanied by a five-star training staff. In terms of raw knowledge and experience in identifying and treating injuries, Achieve unquestionably ranks higher than top competitors. If you want to increase strength and fitness, be it for a competitive sport, for post injury rehab, or simply because you want to get in shape, this is the place to go.
