The Bakehouse of Tarrytown

Adorable bakery and cafe situated in the old ticketing hall of the Tarrytown train station. The walls have artwork and wood panelling and the coffee is great. What impressed me the most is the fantastic customer service by the staff. Worth visiting and taking half an hour for lunch before your train

This is a fabulous bakery/coffee shop. I was totally impressed by the quantity & quality of baked goods, both sweet & savory. I can highly recommend this business as a place to get a snack or a meal while waiting for the train or upon arrival in Tarrytown. BTW, the enclosed photo is from the (semi) nearby Sleepy Hollow Cemetery.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat before my train. They were reasonably priced and very friendly. The scallion cheddar scone was unbelievable, my salad was fresh and had a lot of flavor. The cherry on top was the delicious Cookie Monster cookie that had chocolate frosting, and was overall marvelous. Can't wait to take the train and eat there again! Way better than a new stand with gum. Thanks for being here and serving quality food!! Can't provide any photos because I ate them...

Quality! The baked goods were as good as they looked. Everything fresh as can be at 10:30am on a Saturday

Breakfast sandwich was also delicious

Service was excellent and the to go packaging was like a fine cake shop

Coffee was great and they have a nice espresso machine as well

Even tho it is in the train terminal it’s fully legit. Plenty of seating if you wish to dine in

Cute little cafe and coffee shop tucked inside Tarrytown’s train station. Feels whimsical that you can get a treat and coffee and wait for your train, you don’t see that anymore these days!

They have coffee from Coffee Labs, another Tarrytown local. Cute custom cakes, cookies, cupcakes, pastries, and even meals like quiche and sandwiches, burritos, Mac and cheese to take home.

Staff was really nice and friendly too!
