  Great service. Were able to accommodate a very large group for a work function without issue. We return at least 2 times a year for work function

  Great location with updated rooms but a few of the updates are rather odd. The lack of buttons in the elevator is just strange and makes it hard to share the lift with friends as you're assigned a specific elevator. Also frustrating, the "barn door" on the bathrooms. There was a notch on the inside but it didn't line up with the handle so had reach out and pull with my arm in the doorway. The one time I tried to use it as intended, I got the back of my hand pinched. Overall, a good experience but if given the choice might look for a place with more standard features.

  Great hotel in a convenient location in Tarrytown. There are 2 restaurants in the lobby - Ruth's Chris and Cooper's Mill. Room service however is limited to a simple menu, "Fresh Bites." When I checked in, there was a huge line waiting, and it took awhile to see somebody even though I had checked in online. Once I finally did check in however I was really pleasantly surprised just find out that they had upgraded me to the presidential suite! The presidential suite was very roomy, had a couch, armchairs, dining room, bar and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The bed was super comfortable, there are two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, and the dining table was fantastic to work at. There are no views, only of the parking lot. Mirror in the bathroom above the sink was large and modern, and there was a vanity makeup mirror as well. Bathtub was dated, but functional. My only complaint was that the bed linens smelled moldy and my pajamas smelled moldy the next day. Other than that, great stay!

  Very comfortable bed and pillows. The room was tastefully decorated and above all quiet. Modern facility is conveniently located. Didn't care for the elevators, though (when have you ever heard someone say that?). You must choose your floor prior to getting on as there are zero controls within the elevator. I didn't meet a single person who didn't complain. I joked that the bathrooms were unique, too....just press a one or two before entering.
