I ordered from Nibs, but there was a glitch in the ordering process and it took longer than expected. The owner contacted my by email AND by phone to keep me up to date on my order. I am impressed with his care and consideration to make the corrections in a timely manner. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, so I'm happy to see there are some good folks out there.

We use the one inch adjustable pet tags for the greyhound martingale collar. Many have been purchased over the last 16 years since I found your website.
