Dr. Fenichel is one of the best endocrinologists we have met. She listened to us intently, and offered appropriate alternatives to treatments which have worked very well. We have been visiting her for 4 years.
The front desk, patient EMR (Athena) and scheduling could honestly be much, much better. I wish Dr. Fenichel joins another practice, where she gets better support from staff in the background.
