Mika has an incredible, creative, beautiful and inviting art studio space in which I have had the pleasure and joy of participating in an ongoing Women's art Circle for over 1 year. In this safe space that Mika has created with empathy and kindness, she facilitates different forms of creative expression, allowing each of us to explore different aspects of our past, present and future. I could not imagine the past year and pandemic without the support of Mika and our circle. Mika is professional, caring and highly respected.

Mika's "Moms Night Out Art Circle" was the first women's circle I had ever attended, and it was amazing. She has created a beautiful, safe, fun and compassionate atmosphere. It felt so great to be with other women talking and creating with Mika's guidance, I can't wait for the next one!

Mika's art circles are amazing! She has a way of making you feel comfortable and safe while bringing out your creativity. She gently guides you to tap into your creative side, even if you don't think you have one. Her spirit and enthusiasm are contagious!

I love attending the mom's night out art circles and it is always an evening I really look forward too. Mika makes everyone feel welcome and creates a calming and safe space for everyone to share what is weighing on their minds. By suppling so many different mediums to work with, you are able to let your mind wonder and create something unique and personal. No judgments, just good conversation with an artistic outlet. Self care at its best!

I went to one of Mika's moms night out art circle and I was so glad I did as it reminded me of how important it is to stop and take time for yourself - away from kids and spouse - for some "me" time with other busy moms and pursue personal interest that just make you feel good!! We get so caught up in a routine that we lose touch that we matter also. Thanks Mika for sharing your peaceful & inspirational place. It helped bring out that motivation again in me!
