But instead they ended up fixing the rattling noise coming from my car. Here was an opportunity for them to charge me and make a profit instead they took the time to explain the problem and the solution. The best part I didn't feel pressured to buy a new car. This was a very positive experience.

Within a short period of time, a man appeared and used a piece of equipment to get my car started in minutes. He was polite and even followed me while I had to re park my car on another street. It was obvious that the man cared. Thank you for your help!
