  It’s rare that you are blessed with a surgeon who is not only highly skilled but who is understanding and compassionate: Dr.Jacobson not only dealt with my stubbornness and fears about having hand surgery but was able to book the surgery the day after my appointment with him. Not giving me a chance to back out or change my mind he swiftly called in his amazing surgical coordinator, Kenya and the process began. The surgery was the following afternoon and the staff at the outpatient surgery center at White Plains Hospital was outstanding. Dr. Jacobson’s staff is first rate:,Ashley is the best and is always there to answer questions and so is Barbara. Beth the officer manager greets every patient and deals with patient concerns. Mattie his assistant is able to pick up when someone needs reassurance that everything will go great. This is the best medical facility in Larchmont.
  Thank you everyone for caring and they appreciate the fact that I bring the glitter and sparkle when I’m there.

  Dr. Jacobson has saved my left hand twice! Once for a scheduled mole removal that genuinely has no visible scar, and then again when I sliced my hand while cutting an avocado.
  (Don’t let the avocado incident make you not trust my judgement... he is a fabulous doctor)
  He squeezed me in the same day as my accident so that he could assess my wound and close it. He locally blocked my hand and checked the local nerves and tendons and I was so lucky to have very little damage. Now I have a tiny scar on my palm that I am sure will be gone in the next few months. I am genuinely so fortunate I met him years ago to remove my mole!! Now, I have a safe plastic avocado cutter and will NEVER buy a mandolin chopper!
  Would highly recommend Dr. Jacobson he is an incredibly skilled and professional doctor. Also, the staff that work with him are amazingly accommodating and warm!

  I had my second surgery with Dr. Jacobson and it again went perfectly !
  
  Not only did the procedure produce no pain but, Dr. Jacobson and his team almost, made it enjoyable !
  
  The wounds are healing nicely and I didn't need any pain medication !

  I had a great experience with Dr. Jacobson today. I was referred by my primary care dr after I started noticing a bump on my hand that was bothering me. Dr. Jacobson has a really great down to earth comforting personality and at the same time his expertise is very apparent. I felt at ease with him. He *along with his staff* knew right away what my condition was and he explained each of my options of treatment clearly. I will definitely return should I need care again for hand related issues and will recommend to my friends. Thanks!

  I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobson for the past 8 months. He and his staff are cordial, attentive and willing to explain any procedure necessary. What I like most about Dr. Jacobson is he is conservative in treatment. He didn't immediately advise surgery; we proceeded over the past several months to observe the progression of my condition. Upon having to move to surgery, it was an amazing experience. Fairly routine in nature, It was certainly worth the wait and everything Dr. Jacobson said it would be. Recovery was practically painless. I would recommend any of my friends and family to call on Dr. Jacobson if any had a need for an orthopedic surgeon.
